Avm in arm and really low hdl level

I was curious if anyone had problems with their hdl levels. I exercise a lot, eat healthy, have good blood pressure, low ldl, but my hdl level is 24! I'm wondering if this has to do with my avm in my arm. I still need to get an angiogram done, but I just had a visit with a specialist for my nose (I have chronic sinusitis), and he just looked up my nose with a tool, and it cost me about $500 with insurance. I think about going to get this taken care of, and then I think of all the ethanol treatments I'll have to have, and I can't even imagine how much that will cost. I don't want to even call my insurance company to find out because there are always extra costs. And I want to get a house soon, huh. Anyway, I thought maybe the higher level of blood flow might cause some kind of heart deterioration, or lymph deterioration, so maybe that's why my hdl levels are low. It might just be something unrelated to my arm.
