has anyone tried a gluten free diet for depression/anxiety, migraines, fibromyalgia, and arthritis???
I'm sorry you got no responses for this, Shell. A gluten-free diet is inconvenient, but it's certainly worth a try. Many articles suggest that autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Crohn's, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia are linked to diet and particularly to gluten. But, the proof is in the (gluten-free?) pudding. With your doctor's approval, you could try removing gluten for a few weeks, and see if your symptoms improve. Then, you could try a gluten "challenge" to see if the symptoms return. Let us know how it goes, but make sure to get medical approval for major dietary changes.
