btw: please write here everything that helps in recovery after our AVM ruptured and gave us stroke. Whatever you think helps you! like I found that it is important not to lean on anything, not to slump, when you sit (chair, car, wheelchair...) That makes your back muscles stronger! ---

Wonderful saying - and TRUE. This is not very inspirational but quite funny: I saw t-shirt with: I KNOW GOD WOULDN'T GIVE ME MORE THAN I CAN HANDLE I JUST WISH HE DIDN'T TRUST ME THAT MUCH. ---

your brain doesn't know the difference between real and imagined thing! So if you are not able to walk for example, everyday go for a "walk" in your mind. before trying to do anything new - "do" it in your mind. it will be easier! ---
