The feeling of water up your nose

Hi there. Has anyone ever experienced the feeling of water up ther nose, along with a fuzzy feeling in thier head? I am waiting to see a neuro surgeon in july but have been getting this symtom over the past 3 days. Any info would be appreciated! Thank you all… x

I have recently found out that this feeling up my nose is actually an allergy to cat hair! unfortunately i have to find anew home for my cat. Cant bring myself to do this yet though!! x
