Saturday was the second anniversary of my second craniotomy. So to celebrate I had an MRI yesterday. Actually I was scheduled to have my two year appointment with my neurosurgeon. The good news is that all is clear. I also received further information as to why my brain now works the way it does or doesn't as the case may be.
He also confirmed that it while things won't get any better, they won't get any worse which I suppose is good news too. So as the love of my life says, "This is the new normal."
I don't need to see him for another 5 years and while I really like and respect him, that too is a positive.
So, the monkey is off my back, or the AVM is out of my brain.
