AVM in right arm

I’ve been informed I have AVM in my upper arm and forearm.
I’ve been suffering from weakness in my arm and it’s swollen with a large vein at the surface of my skin.
I’ve recently been having sight issues in my right eye only and tiredness.

Does anyone else have this if so what’s been the treatment and possible side effects!!!
