Hello doktor skan mu brain found avm and in avm they see aneurism,now doctor want do witch glue, my avm is medium size and maybe someone have inside avm aneurism?

Yes brain AVM are the most common. They usually use medical glue, onyx or coils to do the embolisms. The way my neuro described to me is that he does not know exactly what he will use until they do the angiogram and he said its an art form based on experience so make sure your neuro has done plenty of them I go to Stanford and see a dr who I think has been practicing for over 30 years and the type of avm I have is called a DAVF he sees about 12 people from all over the world a year.
The medical glue can travel and some people can be allergic. I had both medical glue and onyx and heard some popping for about 10 tens.
I had no reaction to it - I had itching scalp before I went in and still have it kinda feels like someone is pulling my hair all the time.
They did not get it all the first time and its normal to have to go in for more than one embolism. I waited a few years because I was still recovery from some strokes I had and when I went back in 3 years later I was super lucky and it sealed itself! I still have to go for annual MRI's MRA's to check
