It’s funny that AVM awareness month is in October because that is when I found out about my AVM on October 2 when it hemorrhaged. Must have been some kind of sign. Mine hemorrhaged on October 2, 2002 while my ex and I were making love. I had Gamma knife (stereotactic radiosurgery) on November 19, 2002 and it did not work all the way so I have it again December 2, 2004. After my AVM my body has fallen apart medically. I’ve had my bladder fall out of me, an arrythmia discovered, a venous malformation discovered near my aorta, a spine fusion c5-c7, i have scolliosis, my appendix taken out and now my gall bladder. Has anyone else’s body fallen apart like mine?
