Can Anyone had explain this

Abnormal Tangle of vessels with enchancement are seen in the right frontal parasagittal with involvement of the corpus callosum. Focus of increased signal intensity is noted within lesion on the T1-Weighted study which may represent subacute blood. There is large vessel contiguous with the superior sagittal sinus. There is compression of the right lateral ventricle. No surrounding edema is observed. Prominent and tortous vessel is noted along the left side of the pons and midbrain.

Grey-white matter differentiTION IS PRESERVED. Midline structures are in place

The abnormal tangle is an AVM, and the sub acute blood probably means there was a bleed.

As James said, the abnormal tangle is an AVM, for the rest, I'm sorry but I don't understand the terms myself even though I have had my AVM removed! Try to get an appt with the doctor and ask his /her to explain the medical terms to you. All the best!

We had similar confusion when reading some of our medical reports. Several times, we set up an appointment with our regular family doctor, took the reports in, and had him translate it in simple lay terms and asked him his overall assessment or things we needed to think about.

Of course, NOW our daughter is an occupational therapist and can translate/offer opinions on most of our medical stuff. She was in middle school when most of this happened.

Hope this helps.
