Thank you Richard and hello Jim. Enjoying a great day here and heading to a free Harlequin concert at the waterfront. I feel 1000 times better than I did when I first made this post a year ago. I would never have thought that I would feel decent again a year ago at this time. Time flies, just shows how important patience is, a little way to go yet! Best wishes to all.
