I was on it for over two years with no problems. 200 mg, time release capsules 2 x day. Then for some unknown reason, my system changed and it no longer worked for me. Now I am are trying it again (3 years later) with only 100 mg once a day. It does take a while to get use to it. For the first few weeks I felt like I woke up with a hangover. But.. once I got use to it, that all went away.

I don't think it matters what seizure meds we are on - everybody is different. What may not work for one person, may work for another. And vice versa.

What dose did he put you on?

My Dr Want's Me To Start With 2oo mg A Day And Increace Them To 800 mg Per Day From The 4th Week.
