feeling very anxious... about it i know it just an apt but i dont wanna hear what he has to say an do i trust it hope it goes well an i hope the dr is caring of what im feeling an.... do i tell him im depressed an cant sleep?

Hi Tricia, please tell the doctor your feeling depressed and about the anxiety. A good physician will order up an EEG and therapy/ support.

I told a doctor I was having trouble sleeping, he ordered an EEG to check brain activity while sleeping. They put me on a Lexapro for a while, helped me sleep more easily.
Tricia - maybe you can write down some of your questions before your visit and that's any questions or concerns you may have for the doctor. This may help you to not feel as nervous. Let us know what happens on your appointment.
