Hi all Ihad a bleed from a Davf 7 weeks ago that has luckily thrombosed itself it’s in the rear optical lobe but still get daily continued headaches also when I sleep a certain side at night I get headache but when I turn to the side Davf is located headache goes anyone else suffering these continued conditions thanks in advance

Hi. I had a craniotomy and bleed almost 3 years ago. I have had a headache every single day since the bleed. Every doctor swears my headaches and AVM are completely unrelated. I don't know how they could be because I never had a headache before the bleed and have had one every day since.While I have a headache every day, I notice some days are worse than others. A few things that definitely increase the headaches is getting little sleep, not eating for any long period of time and any outside stress. Over the counter painkillers help sometimes, and caffeine seems to make it a little better. Good Luck!
Thanks for reply Mary I was the same never had headaches prior to all this now everyday only been couple months since it thrombosed so guess may get better in time. Beem lucky only effected left sided peripheral vison even then just the bottom corner I am still very depressed with it that probably the main issue however big or small the bleed defo gives you different outlook on things every little headache is like is that ok or isit a bleed again only time will heal that fear I suppose. I hope you are getting on in life as normal and not affected you too much. All the best
