Hi to all my ild friends.

I just want to complain. I always feel like I should be spared everything else crumby in life, including paying bills, since I had that AVM. That's just not how it works, although it should for all of us.

I have to get a new knee. I had a knee infection 2.5 years ago,and my knee has gotten worse as far as osteo and pain.. I have tried everything already, and a cortisone shot is what started the whole thing. I don't know when yet, and I own a guide dog. He is my biggest worry, and the school knows I am headed to a new knee. They are coming to visit me this next week. I know it will all work out, at least I think so. No prayers please, just your best hopes for this mess.

Hi Beansy. When my Mom turned 82 she had to have her knee replaced. A few months after the operation she told me she wished she had done it years earlier. She felt like a new woman!

Wishing you the very best as always. But maybe Barbara has something there... A new knee can be a very good thing...and if I know dogs (even guide dogs) they love you unconditionally (no matter what). He will be ok, just focus on yourself a bit and tell us how it goes! ((( beansy ))) :J
