I haven’t managed to find a norwegian community, and its in general not much info about this.

Although I am Canadian, I visited Norway earlier this year and loved everything the country had to offer. So I just want to say hi and let you know you have someone supporting you from Canada.

There are four Scandinavians that I know of in this group: @Hanne, @jdale, and @Carita & @Mia1 are in Sweden, I think. There are probably a few others.
Since it is a very small group, and it is important with rare disease that we are able to find each other and support each other, I don’t mind you sharing your group with them.
However, I would be grateful if everyone on this forum would remember that Ben’s Friends operates this support group for the very same purpose and it costs us money to do so, so usually we do not allow the advertising of competing platforms.
We do not ask for a subscription to use this forum but donations towards keeping avmsurvivors and the other Ben’s Friends rare disease forums are very welcome – important, in fact. I hope that we provide an excellent, safe, supported, moderated forum here that is anonymous, without the horror that is Facebook advertising.
Hanne opprettet også et område i dette forumet for skandinaviske talere, slik at dere kan snakke norsk, svensk, dansk eller kanskje til og med islandsk eller færøysk! Det er viktig å snakke sitt eget språk.
