Hello everyone! I was sent in this direction to see if anyone has received treatment in Portugal? I have an AVM in my left arm, previously had 15 sclerotherapy procedures and unfortunately it’s started to be painful again.

So if anyone has any recommendations I’d really appreciate it :slight_smile:

Hi Kirst,
Can you share some pictures of AVM. I have also AVM on lower lip but its now better. I can help you about this because i gone through this.
Precautions

  1. Avoid spicy food & things like coffee hot tea.
  2. Always prefer coolant for eating etc like curd, butter milk some ayurvedic medicine.
