Now I see how your calci. sits. Have you noticed if it grew over time, or has it basically been that size? Sorry about the Gamma.
Hi Cursed,as far as I know,its the same,but there isw alot there,I have had it even before the gamma,thats how they found the avm,a cat scan showed the calcification then the nri found the avm…so far no changein any way,im ok with it,I found it just takes time,how are you doing,any good news or all the same,Im hoping you are feeling much better my friend:)

Hi pauline,calcification on the brain is caused from to much calcification in the soft tissue,in other words damage to an area or inflammation can cause it like a brain avm,most people with avm’s of the brain have some form of calcification,it can also casue sizures and vision problems as you hear on here from others with brain avm’its when the avm is taking away healthy blood to the brain and hurting the area of the brain and forming a calcification to that area,people get it in all parts of the body,just not good in the brain,it can cause many problems if it gets outof control like sizures for one thing…hope thathelps some,its about all i know and was told from my doc,
