The neuro team at Mercy General used Dr. Lotfi Hacien-Bey from Radiological Associates in the midtown area of Sacramento. He consulted and performed my son's embolization. He was amazing! Personable, quick, spoke English as opposed to medical jargon, was very positive and quick.
