Close to one year post radiation! Latest MRI showed reduced size of AVM but the nidus is still there. Q was taken off her seizure meds about 6 months ago and has had no issues. They did note some post radiation changes with edema and gliosis in the white matter around AVM. Our radiation oncologist didn’t seem too concerned but does want a follow up MRI in three months to keep an eye on it.
