An update on our Brother, since our brother has had a Shunt put in 10 days ago he has back his short term memory and knows now what has happened to him the last 3 months, Our brother is back !!! He was going to have Brain Injury Rehab, but he is so good they are bring him back to Toowoomba base for Rehab it is now getting him to walk, and I feel that it is a Miracle and we are so lucky thanks for everyone here on this site .. god bless

That is terrific, but not a miracle. Its the knowledge and expertise, and positivity that your brother possesses.
Stand by him, and keep moving forward - all of you.

Hi Everyone, Have just had a wonderful chat to our newly weds on Skype. They both are just glowing. Toni a much darker shade that Jenny (he's tanned up). They said to say hi & to let you know they are having a wonderful time. They were off to enjoy a special dinner & fireworks put on for them as they are newly weds. It was lovely chatting to them. hello everyone , I do feel that my brother is a Miracle he is home now and is walking and like his old self wants to go back too work and his short term memory is perfect god bless him and keeps getting better for all his trips he has plan, I do beleive in Miracles !!!! thanks to you all x

Great news on your brothers progress. Now that he's on the mend, he should join us, and help promote awareness of this rarest of conditions.
His success story is inspirational and he could meet others who need support, on his planned trips.
