Hi. Well, it’s been quite some time. I wish I could say the the TruBrain supplements have been the greatest thing, but no, they have not. Have they helped? I like to think so. With that said, I’ve been playing the Lumosity brain games, and believe that has helped more. Has TruBrain helped my performance in the Lumosity brain games? Maybe. I believe it hasn’t hurt, but is it worth the yearly cost? I’m not sure.

Yes, I would strongly recommend playing the Lumosity brain games. I’m considering cancelling my TruBrain supplements, because I think they’ve done all they can for me, but the brain games will always help.
